Rouhana Places 2nd At Mid-State Athletic Conference Championship
Zavien Rouhana took 2nd place overall at the Mid-State Athletic Conference (MSAC) Championship meet on Saturday.

Rouhana completed the 5K race in a time of 18:37. He was just 45 seconds behind the 1st place runner from Onondaga CC. With this performance, Rouhana looks poised to register another quality finish at the NJCAA Region 3 Championship meet coming up this weekend, which could put him in line to qualify for the NJCAA Division 3 National Championship meet.
Jacob Quail joined Rouhana as another top-10 finisher. He completed the 5K race in a time of 21:41. Sasha Asinovsky and Maaz Hussain were just outside the top 10, finishing back-to-back in 11th and 12th. Asinovsky ran a 24:11 and Hussain ran a 25:15.
Next up on the schedule for the cross country team will be the NJCAA Region 3 Championship meet this upcoming Saturday.
