The BCC Ice Center is a 758-seat hockey arena for the Hornets hockey team and also serves as a facility for a large number of community groups and organizations including:
- Southern Tier Hockey Association
- Broome County High School Hockey Association
- Binghamton Area Girls Hockey Association
- Binghamton Figure Skating Club
- Binghamton Speed Skating Club
The Ice Center also includes:

Ice Skating Lessons
The Binghamton Figure Skating Club will be conducting its Learn-to-Skate program at the BCC Ice Center. The program focuses on the fundamentals of skating. All ages are welcome.

Birthday Parties
The Blue Line Cafe and the BCC Ice Center team up to provide the community with the best place in the area to celebrate you or your child's birthday!
We've taken the worry and hassle out of planning your child's birthday party, leaving the fun and enjoyment to you! All you need to bring is the cake and candles!

- skating on our NHL regulation size ice rink
- admission and skate rental for every party guest
